This unit involves undertaking an independent research project and developing a piece of sustained academic writing.

Students will identify and refine an area of law-related research and work independently to plan and execute a research project that demonstrates a coherent understanding and appropriate application of research principles and methods. The research will be conducted ethically while demonstrating high-level academic skills in communication and academic integrity.
