What you will study
To gain your online Graduate Certificate in Business Law, you will study four units. This will include one core unit and three electives. The electives running will depend on what intake you begin your studies.
This unit has students examine the legal and equitable principles and statutory framework underpinning contract law in Australia with an emphasis on practical and commercial applications of the relevant principles.
