Make time and do (this course). It is worth it and will help save the lives of those struggling. To be fully equipped is worth it and the patients will trust you more with their lives to recover from a relapse.

I believe I now have more skills needed in the contemporary health age, for example I have greater critical thinking skills in mental health, and I feel much more confident to work online within the community.

For me, this was the next natural progression in my career as a leader in Health and Technology. The fact that my work and home life are time-poor, like many of us, led me down the path of online study where I could set my own pace for each module of the course. Online study also meant that I didn't have the distraction of having to travel to campus or sit in lectures.

I highly recommend this course, it has been a wonderful experience, tough at times, but I'm better for it. The flexibility of the learning is perfect for busy executives and it's very current so everything applies to your real-world experiences.

An MBA is just a good, general piece of education that helps you understand more broadly how a company functions, and gave me some knowledge that was really important for where my career is at the moment.

The units specific to wellbeing were my favourite units. The educational leadership with regards to wellbeing was very engaging due to its informative content and high level of relevancy with that is currently happening within schools around Australia.

All of the education subjects were highly applicable. The assignments were designed in a way that each student could focus on their own school or workplace. The general way each assignment worked was to analyse a particular element of the school and present improvements. In my mind, that's exactly the sort of thing a Principal does and what I aspire to.
