Unit description

Introduces students to the theory and practice of Organisational Behaviour (OB). Central to this objective is the study of OB at three levels of analysis — 1) Individual, 2) Group, and 3) System. Collectively this structure provides the opportunity for students to recognise how workplace behaviour can be effectively managed so that desired organisational outcomes are achieved. Students will also have the opportunity to apply much of the unit content to their personal career context.

Learning outcomes
