Develops knowledge and skills about Human Resource Management models and their implications for different stakeholders. At the completion of the model, graduates will be able to critically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different HRM models and apply their knowledge of theory to find creative solutions to HRM issues.

Module 1: HRM systems: The dominance of Hard HRM
