  • Readiness and Closure

Learning outcomes

  • Assess and verify the risk associated with project implementation
  • Assess and verify the quality of projects
  • Undertake systems design and root cause analysis
  • Control project performance and update project scope in the implementation phase


You are assessed according to the following components, each with its own weighted value against your overall result:

  • Project report: 30%
  • Poster: 30%
  • Project report: 40%
