SCU Referral Program Terms and Conditions For Students and Graduates
The SCU Online Student Referral Program (“Program”) rewards eligible SCU Online students and graduates for referring new students to SCU Online.
How it works:
Eligible Participants. To be an eligible participant in the Program, you must be a student or graduate of SCU Online and currently residing in Australia (“Eligible Participant”). To qualify as a student, you must have enrolled in an SCU Online course and passed census for at least one study term.
Qualified Referrals. A “Qualified Referral” occurs when:
i. The referred student enrols to study in one of the postgraduate courses offered by SCU Online. This does not have to be the same course in which you are, or were, enrolled;
ii. The referred student is not already referred by another eligible participant under this Program; and
iii. The referred student has paid all fees and progressed past the census date for their first subject.
Referral Reward. If you are an Eligible Participant and make a Qualified Referral, you will receive a $500 Prezzee Gift Card (“Referral Reward”). If you make more than one Qualified Referral, you will receive the Referral Reward for each one.
General Terms:
Privacy. As a means of ensuring the appropriate handling of personally identifiable information, SCU Online will not contact referred students unless they have applied to SCU Online through the SCU Online website and consented to receive information from SCU Online. Your participation in the Program is governed by the privacy terms governing your relationship with SCU Online.

You must not use any intellectual property of SCU Online, other than to identify yourself as a current or former SCU Online student.

SCU Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit you or any person from participating in the Program if SCU Online deems or suspects that you have engaged in or have attempted to engage in any of the following: a) acting in violation of these Program Terms and Conditions; b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or; c) activity deemed in the sole discretion of SCU Online to be inconsistent with the intended operation and objectives of the Program.

SCU Online may also change, cancel, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program without notice.
